The 2017 Porsche 911's new turbo power boost creates a new, different and altogether satisfying luxury sports car driving experience, says CNET in a review of the latest version of the iconic coupe. Click "play" in the video clip below to watch the full report.

Some Porsche purists are bemoaning the downsizing of the 3.4- and 3.8-liter engines previously available. Porsche responds by explaining the engine change, to a 3.0-liter six-cylinder with twin-turbos, is actually a rightsizing. And it works.

The new 911 has also received a subtle update on the site. The 2017 sits a bit lower by about 10mm, but an optional front lift system provides an additional 40mm of on-demand front clearance. Rear wheels are a half-inch wider and rear wheel steering is available for the first time.

The summer driving season is nearly upon us. Stop by our West Houston showroom today or call (800) 390-4115 to arrange a test drive.
