Recently I was in Houston for just a couple of days. A warning light indicated my oil was low, so I called Porsche West Houston; not only were they able to address my low oil, they were able to take me at a last-minute notice and perform the 30K/3Yr service. They provided a shuttle to my hotel and of course picked me up when the car was ready. Porsche San Antonio (closer to my home) books out months ahead, so this was a tremendous help to me.

I had small piece replaced in my door jam and a small scratch buffed off. No issues! Oscar was very attentive.

Have been looking for a 911 or Boxster GTS for a while. These cars are hard to come by, so when I saw two on the website at this dealership I contacted the dealership, and was introduced to my sales associate, Ryan Wax. The transaction was done virtually on the phone, with text messages and emails. The timing and communication was appropriate. I have taken both of my 911’s there and they have done a great job. Had my Turbo S at Porsche in Beachwood, OH for an inspection. They missed a bad transmission and rotors and breaks way past the point of being changed. Almost wrecked on the way home. Took it back to Porsche of West Houston and they got me in and figured out the problem in no time. Will continue to go here as long as I own a Porsche.

Stopped by Porsche West late afternoon to schedule annual inspection on my 2014 Cayman S, Oscar Quintanilla (Service Advisor) took the car straight to service and got it done immediately, saved me another trip, quick and easy, highly recommend.

I have been getting my annual oil change and maintenance done at this West Houston service center for many years. I have a 2014 Porsche Cayenne. This year I am helped by Oscar and have to say he took really care of the vehicle. He kept me up to date with the progress made so I could plan my day accordingly. This time there were no repair related issues but in other years when there were issues I like the fact that I was always informed in advance and knew what I am going to pay for or if there are other alternative solutions. Always had a pleasant experience here.

I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I was immediately referred to Oscar Quintanilla, Service Advisor, and he promptly addressed my issues and accepted my car for service. The issue was diagnose and the necessary part was ordered. I was scheduled an appointment with a loaner l after this month. In the meantime me, it is safe to drive the car. I’m grateful for everyone’s concern and service.

Terrific experience with the first routine annual oil service and inspection of my 2021 911 Cab on Feb 8. Work was done in the time promised, and the technician was careful enough to discover a nail in a tire in an unrepairable location. I asked my service Advisor, Oscar Quintanilla, to order a new tire. He had the tire in hand the next day, and the tire was installed the next day. Friendly and efficient service, indeed.

This is my first Porsche and my salesman, Michael, was patient and educated me on why Porsche is not just a brand. I test drove three different models and never felt rushed or pressured. I did not get the most expensive or exclusive model but I never felt slighted or discounted. The car, a CPO Macan, is better than I expected so I will own more in the future.

My experience with Porsche West Houston was fabulous. My service advisor, David Riddle, is the best. He communicated with me several times in the day and a half that my car was being worked on. He told me every step of the way what was going on with my car. He made me very comfortable in asking him questions about things that I didn’t understand. My car was ready when he said it would be, waiting out front, running like a top and looking brand new. Porsche West Houston is top notch in every aspect.

Regarding the service department, they're great at in person customer interaction, great with updates on the progress of the service while they have your vehicle, and great with the pick-up...I mean, that's what you expect from Porshe right? My only reluctance from giving 5 stars relates to their follow up, and follow through, on their after service promises for items or services that weren't available at the time but saying they would contact you to schedule or send an item to you. All one really has is their word. Even if everything else they do is great, if they don't do what they say they'll do, the rest doesn't matter.

I visited Porsche of West Houston to have my first oil change service on my 2020 Cayenne. They were ready for me when I arrived, made my stay comfortable and washed my car when the work was complete. While there I decided to purchase rubber floor mats. The staff cut them to size and put them in car for me. The customer service could not have been better.

The wife and I searched coast to coast online for a used BMW X6M. We did a thorough search. I found 9 cars that fit our criteria to purchase. Then we narrowed down the search to just 2 cars. Then we started to seriously talk with salesmen to decide which car we would select. Porsche West of Houston emailed me videos of the car and described the car in detail. We flew in from another state and the Uber was paid for by Porsche West of Houston. Their car was in better condition than expected but also the price beat out all the competition. We took a road trip after purchase and the car was as tight as a new car. I highly recommend doing business with this dealer and I would like to give a shout out to the salesman who sold me the car. I had a check engine light come on and a slight gasoline odor coming into the vehicle cabin. I called to see if I could bring the car that day and get the code checked. Cody and Sedrick had an idea of the problem, confirmed with the scanner tool, had a replacement part that was under warranty changed out in about 20 minutes and I was back on the road 10 minutes later.

I?m a first-time Porsche owner. My car was delivered, by appointment, for it?s 3-year maintenance pre-paid plan. Service took two full work days. If that?s typical for oil, plugs and injector cleaning, I would change my overall opinion to 5 stars. It?s hard to do that at this point; however, because appointments should be to both the dealer and customer?s benefit. Meaning service should begin soon after the car is delivered.

I came in interested in a 2017 Porsche Cayenne with low mileage. They didn’t have any in stock as these vehicles don’t stay long. I got a good feeling from Len Amato that he was going to take care of me. The next day Len calls and says he has a Cayenne that I have to see. I get there and there was a beautiful Cayenne with low mileage that looked almost new! They offered a fair price and a decent trade in price. We are very happy with our purchase and with the treatment we received from Len Amato and the dealership!

I was incredibly impressed with their service department, particularly Jolene and Cody, who are clearly great at their jobs. They managed to have the bulk of my costs covered by Porsche despite being out of warranty (by time, not miles). I am now happily a fan of this dealership and will gladly recommend them!

Jason took my car for a regular oil maintenance on a short notice. I have to drive about 2 hours to get to the store, and when I arrived I was told that I needed more service and should come back. With my schedule and the long distance, that was something that I did not want to hear. Jason must have seen the look on my face. He then told me they would do their best to get everything taken care of for me. HE DID!!!

I had done some basic research online, but I was a walk-in where I was welcomed by reception and I was introduced to Khalil who showed me at least 4-5 cars along the lines and in the price range I was looking for. Test drove 3 cars and made a deal all within the space of a couple hours. Khalil was very attentive to my needs and a consummate professional with a palpable passion for the Porsche brand. Picked up the car a couple of days later and he gave me an in-depth tutorial before I drove off. The car had been very well detailed and met my expectations.

Service adviser worked with me on a difficult rim, tire and alignment issue. Allowed me the time to source a replacement tire after the rim was repaired. Kept me updated during the process of the repair and was completed as promised.

I drove to the Porsche of West Houston dealership to have 2 rear tires checked because of low tire pressure indication. Upon inspection it was discovered that 2 rear tires had nails in them. I needed these tires changed as soon as possible and given it was 4pm and getting late in the day, Ivan Clovis, pulled all stops to take care of all my needs. He was super professional and very helpful and courteous and made a difficult situation very pleasant.

After an awful experience trying to buy a used 911 GTS from a local dealer, I reached out to Porsche West Houston about a CPO GTS that they had for sale. I purchased the car within a few days and had it shipped to Seattle. The car did not arrive exactly as described cosmetically, but Porsche West Houston has worked hard to fix everything using the shops of my choice. They haven't argued or tried to negotiate partial reimbursement for the work that needed to be done to meet my expectations. I've worked with Jason (on the sale) and Phil (to fix the issues when Jason went on vacation) and have had an exceedingly pleasant experience. I'd recommend Porsche West Houston to anyone.

I've bought a Porsche from 2 of the 3 Porsche dealerships in the Houston area and all that I can say is that I'm sorry that I didn't buy from this dealership on both occasions. I took my 1999 Carrera to Porsche of West Houston to have them run a diagnostic. I checked the car in with Ivan. I was impressed with Ivan's professionalism and communication. Ivan kept me informed of what was going on with the car as they checked it out over the next several days. Initially, I was worried about bringing my 1999 Porsche to a dealership, but Ivan treated me with the same respect that I would have expected had I just purchased a 2019 Carrera. When I picked the car up, I had the opportunity to speak directly to Victor, the mechanic. Victor took the time to address each of my questions and concerns, which ultimately led me back to using Porsche of West Houston for additional work. Victor and Ivan were able to resolve all of my issues quickly and cost-effectively. Customer service has been exceptional. I really like my service advisor Cody Zobac. I think the maintenance cost on these Porsche’s is outrageous! I’m not quite sure why a little plastic reservoir to hold my window washer fluid would cost almost $600!!! That to me doesn’t make any sense.

I’m a complete girly girl when it Comes to maintenance on my vehicle, so I love being able to schedule an appointment and they take care of me without having to say a whole lot about the issues I’m having. They just put me in a loaner , which I love considering I have to driver over a 100 miles to the nearest dealer ship ...and they just give me a call once my baby is all fixed up And don’t hassle me if it takes a few days to pic her up at my earliest convince..A1 service all the way around

I brought my 2002 911 new purchase in for that important post purchase inspection. Had an ignition switch issue. That was taken care of. Invited the service dept to look around for all the rubber gaskets etc that a 80.000 mile car is going to need replaced. Tightened my belt and waited for the pain. No, I was told - your car is in good shape, no repairs or maintenance items noted after the no charge inspection. Plus ten percent off the ignition switch repair. Welcome back to Porsche. I have been taking my Porsches to Porsche of West Houston (formerly Don McGill Porsche) for over 15 years now. Everybody from the sales staff, parts department and especially the service department have always exceed my expectations. Have there been problems, yes, have there been times when a loaner was not available, yes, but it is usually because people keep the loaner beyond when their car was done, which has a snowball effect on the next customer whom had a reservation for service and loaner request. We are all human, trying for perfection, just like Porsche brand, but there are always things that can be better or improved and Porsche West Houston always does the right thing. Good job again.

Purchased a used 911 and brought it to this dealer for an initial service. The service writer and mechanic took time to learn and evaluate the car and set up a proper profile prior to service. They were unhappy with how the vehicle's computer linked up with the factory scan tool, so the car was reflashed and brought up to proper working order -- at no additional charge. The car was fully inspected and I was advised of any deficiencies or potential issues. Everything was handled professionally and without pressure. All in all, a good experience.
